- Santiago del Chile: (27-28 September) –5° Panamerican Congress: “Physical education in school for the growing of youth and the sports development of a nation”; 

- Avignon : A “Sport Bus” to promote sports ethic; 

- Anversa, Bruxelles, Gand: Presented a Manifesto concerning the rights of youth in sport; 

- Viterbo: Panathlon pennant in space with the astronaut Roberto Vittori.
