Im Rahmen der letzten Generalversammlung des Panathlon Club Innsbruck wurde Mag. Bernhard Müssiggang einstimmig zum neuen Präsidenten des Vereins gewählt. Er folgt somit Dr. Winfried Sponring nach. „Ich bin seit 45 Jahren für Panathlon in verschiedensten Funktionen tätig. Wichtig war es mir als Präsident den Panathlon Club Innsbruck zukunftsfit zu machen, aber auch die Förderung der Werte und der Ethik, wie dies im Panathlonzweck festgelegt ist, der Öffentlichkeit zu vermitteln“, resümierte Dr. Sponring.
Der nunmehrige Past-Präsident fand aber auch kritische Worte zur momentanen Sportentwicklung. „Es muss nicht ein jeder ein Sieger sein“, forderte Sponring bei der Generalversammlung eine strukturierte Breitensportentwicklung ein. In diesem Zusammenhang sei auch zu hinterfragen, für wen die Sportanlagen generell sind, nämlich nicht nur für den Spitzensport, und auch die Verwendung der öffentlichen Geldmittel, wohin diese fließen, sei zu hinterfragen. „Jedenfalls für den Jugend- und Breitensport, aber nicht nur für den Spitzensport, hier ist die Wirtschaft am Zug“, wiederholte Sponring auch eine in den letzten Jahren mehrfach, vom Panathlon Club aufgeworfene Restrukturierung der Sportorganisationen- und Verbände ein.
„Wichtig ist es, die Werte von Panathlon der Öffentlichkeit bewusster zu machen und diese Idee gezielt auch über neue Kanäle hinauszutragen“, kündigte der neue Präsident Mag. Bernhard Müssiggang neue Ziele für den Innsbrucker Verein an. „Nach dem Schwerpunkt „Frauen im Sport“ wird ein neuer thematischer Ansatz ausgearbeitet werden“, verspricht Müssiggang.

Panathlon International Club Votorantim - São Paulo FC conquistou o título e o Fair Play da 28ª Copa Votorantim de Futebol Sub 15

O São Paulo Futebol Clube conquistou o título da 28ª edição da Copa Votorantim de Futebol Sub-15 de forma invicta, vencendo na final a equipe do Palmeiras pelo placar de 1 x 0, e conquistou também o Troféu Fair Play Panathlon Internacional, como a equipe mais disciplinada da competição com 8 cartões amarelos, média de 1,33 cartões por jogo.
O troféu Fair Play foi entregue pelo vice-presidente do Panathlon Club Votorantim, Edson Veronese, o Nelo e também pelo presidente do Panathlon Sorocaba, Ademir de Barros, o Paraná, que jogou quase 10 anos no São Paulo na década de 60 e 70 e foi bi campeão paulista, além de servir a seleção brasileira na Copa do Mundo de 1966, na Inglaterra. Marcaram presença na competição o presidente do Panathlon Internacional Distrito Brasil, Pedro Roberto Pereira de Souza, além dos panathletas Elói Ferreira, João Marcos Rodrigues e Rômulo Metidieri e Manoel Corrêa, Secretário de Esporte de Votorantim, organizador do evento.

Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs (hereinafter FICTS - 130 Member Countries), promotes and organizes the special Video Competition - with free entries - on the theme "OLYMPIC EMOTIONS."
The purpose of the competition is to promote the quality of images that highlight the values of Sport and Olympism and disseminate the principles, on which the World Panathletic Movement is founded, as universal
ideals of culture through Sport, intended as an educational tool for social change.
FICTS wantsto enhance and promote short films as an original form of expression, to encourage the creativity of those who approach filmmaking, and to offer them the greatest visibility through Sports
In tiefer Bestürzung und Trauer erfahren wir, dass das Internationale Ratsmitglied Eugenio Guglielmino, Kandidat für die internationale Präsidentschaft, plötzlich gestorben ist.
Er wurde von einem Schlag getroffen, während er seiner Aktivität als Ehrenamtlicher im Roten Kreuz nachging.
Er war Mitglied des Clubs Catania seit 2004, Präsident des Clubs von 2008 bis 2011, Gouverneur der Zone Sizilien von 2016 bis 2019 und Präsident der Wissenschafts-, Erziehungs- und Kulturkommission von P.I.
Der Internationale Präsident, der Internationale Rat, die Generalsekretärin und die gesamte panathletische Familie stehen Maria Rita, der Familie und dem Club Catania in ihrem grossen Schmerz nahe, der sie sie zutiefst erfasst hat, und sprechen ihr aufrichtigstes Beileid aus.
Wir denken an Eugenio mit Verbundenheit auf Grund seiner Intelligenz, Vermittlungsfähigkeit, ehrenhafter und tatkräftiger Tätigkeit für Panathlon International und für die Armen.
Für unsere Bewegung ist es ein grosser Verlust und eine grosse Leere.
Die Beisetzung findet morgen, den 30. Januar, um 15:30 Uhr in Catania in der Kirche Santa Maria della Guardia statt.
On a rainy and cold morning, we called together the youth of KRSG to give some more information on Match Fixing and Safeguarding. These are two topics that are very important to the youngsters who attended, all between the ages of 12 and 14. A lot of young athletes were sick so there were about 23 of us.
The coaches were also present and parents were also invited but that only gave a meagre turnout, which was a pity. We gave them some examples from rowing where match fixing can also be done at a lower level. They were very attentive and asked quite a few questions, which is of course a good thing. They also liked the videos and watching the comic strip on their mobile phones via the QR code.
We then gave them the posters and they hung them up themselves in the club. Again, it was a successful session with a lot of interaction, because that is important, keeping interaction with the children and letting them tell stories and ask questions themselves.

Panathlon International Club Pontremoli Lunigiana - Un premio letterario dedicato agli alunni

Per sensibilizzare nei bambini l’attenzione ai valori dello sport che hanno scelto e stanno imparando a conoscere frequentando i corsi delle società, lo scorso anno è nato il premio letterario “Sportiva...mente“, riservato ai bambini di quarta e quinta della scuola primaria nel territorio regionale. Promotori il Panathlon Club Pontremoli Lunigiana, guidato dal presidente Aldo Angelini e Area 6, con il patrocinio della Regione.
L’obiettivo è raccontare la disciplina sportiva praticata. Lo scorso anno sono stati ben 170 gli elaborati pervenuti alla segreteria del premio e poi pubblicati nel libro del concorso.
"Confidiamo di avere in questa seconda edizione una partecipazione più vasta - dice il presidente Aldo Angelini - considerando anche che il Premio da un lato si avvicina ad una platea di sportivi giovanissima che offre grandi spunti per le nostre attività panathletiche, e dall’altro perché il Panathlon entra con più forza nelle scuole, nelle famiglie e nei media che ci danno senz’altro una grossa mano per pubblicizzare l’evento ed in conclusione è anche una forma di marketing per avvicinare come soci i familiari dei partecipanti". Il concorso vede il patrocinio della Regione Toscana, del Coni Regionale, di Sport e Salute, di USSI Toscana, del Distretto Italia e l’avviso è stato comunicato ai presidi delle scuole della Lunigiana.
